We have a new shirt out – Jesus Is The Cure. Though a simplistic design, the truth behind it is much more…well, no so simplistic. Sin has destroyed so much that God originally intended – no fear, no disease, no death, no separation from Him. But praise God that He had a plan. The Bible says that Jesus is the lamb slain before the foundation of the world. That means that God already had a plan to redeem us from sin.
That plan didn’t just include sin. It was a complete work. The Greek word for “save” or “salvation” is sozo. It means to save, heal, preserve, deliver, and protect. When Jesus saved us, whenever He saves anyone – it’s not just from sin. It coves the spirit, soul, and body. It cover sin, sickness, and poverty in every area of life.
It doesn’t matter what the problem is, what the disease is, what the situation is – Jesus is the cure. He’s the cure for cancer, loneliness, covid, poverty, starvation, blindness, sin and death. No matter what it is – all things written in the Word and everything not written – Jesus redeemed us from it all. He redeemed us from the curse of the law, he redeemed us from sin and all the thins that come from it. Of course we have a part to play as well. We have to believe it.
This shirt tells the world, especially in the times we are living in, that Jesus is the cure for whatever problem they have. Behind the bold declaration in fading letters are the things that He has redeemed us from, the things He has cured.
We have this design as a shirt, a mask, and as a neck gaiter.
Start a conversation with this shirt. Tell the world. Share your faith. Reach the lost. Jesus is the cure.
